Work to be built upon
While we make progress with procuring a monitoring, evaluation and learning infrastructure for ESIC, we encourage interested individuals to explore the theory of change that was developed as part of our six-month planning process (which ran from January through June 2025). We have both a one-page diagram and an accompanying 17-page document – both of which were finalized on 24 September 2025.
We also anticipate being able to build upon a planned external evaluation of METIUS, which is a key contributor to ESIC.
